Shipping charges and shipping carrier:
The minimum shipping charge in the lower 48 states will be $7.50. Orders outside of the continental US and Canada require an pre-authorization of at least $15.00. O
n orders exceeding a $75.00 sale price, freight charges are estimated at 10% of the total order amount. Rear step bumpers and bumper covers, both front and rear,
average cost of shipping is $35.00 to $40.00. NOTE: Large and heavy parts as well as parts that require a dimensional weight charge may exceed the 10% estimated
shipping charge. In all such cases that freight exceeds 10%, you will be notified for pre-approval prior to you order being processed. The freight amount will be
the actual freight charged by the carrier. Our method of shipping defaults to UPS Ground shipping because of the shipping tracking number that can be provided to our customers.
Please use the comment section of the checkout page to upgrade your shipping method, if desired. USPS will only be used for APO's, FPO's, and other such addresses.
All orders that require USPS shipment will take up to an additional 10 business days to ship.
Shipping time:
If you placed an order for an item with 24 hour availability (in stock part), your total processing time would be 2 to 24 hours processing plus 3 to 8 days shipping time
(depending on where you live). In other words, on the average, you could expect your package to be delivered within 4 to 9 business days of placing your order.
As soon as a shipment has been made, tracking numbers will be automatically emailed from our shipping department.
NoteAll orders that require a part or parts to be ordered will take a minimum of 1-2 business days before they will ship.
This includes orders requesting NEXT DAY AIR OR 2ND DAY AIR shipping. For orders that are requesting either method of shipping, you may want to contact us at (800)667-4816

Partial shipments:
We make every effort to ship all products in a single shipment. If, for any reason, we can't ship one or more items due to backorder, we will ship the parts that are available
and credit your account accordingly. If a small item (e.g. corner lights, mirrors etc.) from a large order (e.g. orders with hoods, bumpers or whole front end kits) cannot be
shipped, credit may only be for the part without an adjustment in shipping. This is because the shipping charge is based on the weight of the box.
Canceling Orders:
You may only cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it if it has not already shipped by sending a cancellation e-mail to Contact Us, or by calling (800)667-4816.
We will make every effort to cancel your order prior to shipment. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, you must go through the return process and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refusal of the shipment from the carrier will cause a two-way shipping charge. We strongly recommend that you accept the merchandise and then proceed through our normal return process.
Canceling Orders:
The online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide and does not reflect the availability or stocking status of parts.
Although the majority of the data in the catalog is correct, there can be discrepancies in part numbers and prices, (Due to monthly manufacturer updates).
